The Inspiration Behind 2nd ACT

Milissa West, ACT Foundation’s Executive Director knows good thrift! It has been her dream to run a reputable thrift store truly dedicated to the mission it was created to serve.

With over 14 years of retail management under her belt, Milissa decided to embrace both of her passions – the arts and thrift – to finally realize her dream. She created the ACT Foundation and its supporting source of income, 2nd Act Thrift Store.

Through the Thrift Store, Milissa manages Teton Valley’s best retail offering affordable, quality items. Any revenue collected, over operating expenses, is dedicated to sustaining and growing art, cinema, and theater programs in Teton Valley.
